Refund Policy

The Free plan is always free — no credit card, no trial to expire. Paid plans start with a real 14-day free trial for first-time customers, and no credit card is required to start one. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged.

Paid plans bill monthly in advance via Stripe once your trial ends (or immediately if you've already used a trial before). You can cancel anytime from your dashboard billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate or refund partial months for a plan you chose to cancel mid-period.

If something went wrong on our end — a billing mistake, a bug that kept the product from working, a duplicate charge, or you were charged after you believe you cancelled — email billing@anchorcoai.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days and will make it right, which may mean a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Branded video orders placed at anchorcoai.com/studiouse the same checkout links sold on anchorcomedia.com/video. Those orders are billed and fulfilled by Anchor Co Media, not Anchor Co AI, and this policy does not cover them. A card dispute (chargeback) can take weeks to resolve and, unlike a direct refund request to us, is not something we can immediately reverse once it's filed. If a charge looks wrong, please email billing@anchorcoai.comfirst — most billing issues are a one-email fix and you'll get your money back faster than a bank dispute allows.
